Extracta White Grape Fibre is a highly nutritious bioactive ingredient created from the skins and seeds of white grapes, a by-product of wine production. Anti-fungal, antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, anti-cancer, and cardio-protective effects have been shown by the polyphenols extracted from the grape pomace. 

  • White grape pomace can be used to reduce toxic acetaldehyde content in beer.
  • Addition of white grape pomace reduces concentration of dextrin's in beer.
  • Addition of white grape pomace increases degree of attenuation of the beer.
  • Beer pH decreases significantly after addition of white grape pomace. (Ref).
